Nomination of WHOOP-Szo for deletion

Panama football team logo

Regarding this revert you made, it is an invalid use of non-free content for a couple of reasons. Firstly, there is non-free usage rationale for using the logo in that article. It only has a rationale for use in the Panamanian Football Federation article (See WP:NFCC#10c). The reason it has no non-free usage rationale for use in the national team article is because such as use is not an acceptable use for non-free images. See WP:NFC#UUI point 17.
