Speedy deletion nomination of Slavko Vesenjak
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice that Slavko Vesenjak, a page that you created, has been tagged for deletion. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It appears to be a test page. (See section G2 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.
- It is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. (See section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, 2004ana. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest#How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam#External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 03:59, 26 October 2021 (UTC)

DYK for Toplak and Mrak v. Slovenia
editOn 26 November 2021, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Toplak and Mrak v. Slovenia, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that in Toplak and Mrak v. Slovenia—initiated by two disabled voters over polling place access in a gay marriage referendum—the European Court of Human Rights extended its jurisdiction to referendums? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Toplak and Mrak v. Slovenia. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Toplak and Mrak v. Slovenia), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
citation template
editHi there, I've noticed that you've placed the "citation needed" in a few spots. The correct template for this purpose is [citation needed]. Thank you. Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 14:09, 18 May 2022 (UTC)
Hi 2004ana, you don't seem to have heeded my last comment, and now you are dropping cn tags in a variety of articles in places where they don't belong, such as the lede paragraphs. Please start paying attention to how things work on Wikipedia, and do take the suggestions of other editors seriously. As things stand, you are creating unnecessary work for other editors, who are forced to undo your ill-placed edits. This borders on disruptive editing, which will ultimately get you blocked. Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 03:47, 31 July 2022 (UTC)
- Hi, there. Thank you for your comment. I understand the problem and will be more careful when editing in the future. 2004ana (talk) 11:04, 1 August 2022 (UTC)
Mass-tagging pages for problems

Linking nationalities
editHeyo I see a lot of your edits are like the one I reverted, according to MOS:OVERLINK nationalities should not be wiki-linked. Regards Paulpat99 (talk) 22:47, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
- Hey, thank you for warning me. I will consider that in my future edits. 2004ana (talk) 22:54, 6 August 2022 (UTC)
- @2004ana:: Why are you still linking them? --FMSky (talk) 07:10, 9 August 2022 (UTC)
- @Paulpat99, @FMSky and @2004ana: Minor countries and nationalities should be wiki-linked, I believe. The MOS:OVERLINK says countries and nationalities "with which most readers will be at least somewhat familiar" "generally should not be linked". Slovenians, for example, are constantly linked on Wikipedia. Smaller nationalities like Monegasque, too, of course. 2004ana should take this into consideration and link minor nationalities, but not major ones. Topjur01 (talk) 21:15, 22 September 2022 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for August 7
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Kari Vikhagen Gjeitnes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page World ski championships. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
