- Simplified Manual of Style
You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create a named account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
- Create new pages and rename pages
- Edit semi-protected pages
- Upload images
- Have your own watchlist, which shows when articles you are interested in have changed
Note that in order for the first three features to be available, you must have had an account for a certain number of days and made a certain number of edits.
If you edit without using a named account, your IP address (203.30.234.30) is used to identify you instead.
I hope that you, as a Wikipedian, decide to continue contributing to our project: an encyclopedia of human knowledge that anyone can edit. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).

Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Ogaden (clan), but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. Yamaguchi先生 (talk) 01:03, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
not sure
editwhy you dont want to create an account - it is well worth it - also as your editing is sourced against state library of wa we have real live editors actually working in the building who could help you
also if you are going to start an article on the ajcp - https://trove.nla.gov.au/result?q=australian+joint+copying+project should be the first location to check things against
If you are in the building (and are not constrained by privacy/personal issues) - why not a coffee in the cafe and I can actually help you in real time with the article ? Just a thought. No problem if you dont want to or cannot for whatever reason. JarrahTree 02:30, 7 February 2019 (UTC)
- Logout edits are premitted. AGF for ip user. Looking at the edit history of this address, some of them are mine edit under this ip (those Italian banks edits), but some of them are by another human using this ip from SLWA. It is a shared compter that homeless people, tourist, or people just borrow books to use. 203.30.234.30 (talk) 06:30, 18 March 2019 (UTC)
- And it seem the ip was shared between G/F to 1/F or may be whole building's public computers. 203.30.234.30 (talk) 09:06, 18 March 2019 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
