Hi there, Thanks for contecting me. In order to add that new info, you'll need to provide a citation to prove that new people are running the company (see WP:CITE). In this case, I would say that acceptable sources might include, but are not limited to, a news article detailing the change or a page on the company's website about their current board of directors. If you are struggling to add a citation to the article, simply find the URL and leave it either here or User talk:Oddbodz and I can add it to the article for you.
