Please read the Template:Cite book and learn the parameters. The atlas i cited is primary written in Chinese , and has a "built-in" trans-title. There are a few place name in that atlas are marked in English but does not make that book an English book. Also, the |url= can be completely ignore, it just a mean to prove the book exist. That book was published with the names of roads and streets and the names of buildings in both English and Cantonese/Chinese. 223.197.192.15 (talk) 12:52, 25 January 2021 (UTC)

The book also works as a travel guide, which those sections are purely written in Chinese and lack of English translation. You can use |chapter=zh-hk, en but not |chapter=en (or any en code variants) only. Matthew hk (talk) 13:46, 25 January 2021 (UTC)

ok if you have new ip address but under the same range, you can move your comment from edit war section to the proper Talk:Holy Trinity Cathedral, Hong Kong#RfC: address of the church section. But since your ip is shifted i can't tell how admin would treat this action. And for the thread title, WP:NOTAFORUM, may be my copy and paste is bad. I think i was meant to the guy that discuss i am not Hongkonger enough when living in Australia. Also, that guy (or group of editors), admin considers they are the same and block two ip ranges 219.76.16.0/20 and 124.217.188.0/23 for a month. Matthew hk (talk) 13:09, 25 January 2021 (UTC)
