I've unblocked. They still did not need to be modifying other users comments, particularly in an archive, but that is different than the impression I had, and by itself, I wouldn't have blocked. In the future, don't modify archives or move poeple's comments around like that, as that is not only against policy, but can lead to confusion, like this.
