Sorry team, you're right, I shouldn't have used that language and I apologise for my error. Please note however that the facts you are presenting are wrong, which is why I am keen to have them removed. The media articles to which you refer are also partially factually incorrect. I'm happy to use a mediator, but the issue has been through a confidential legal process here in New Zealand and there is an agreement in place protecting the privacy of all parties involved.
