This is your only warning; if you vandalize Wikipedia again, as you did at Orchestra Wives, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Ignatius Keeling (talk) 20:09, 2 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Holy smokes, User:Ignatius Keeling, take your BULLYING somewhere else. You have no right to assault me on my Talk page (please familiarize yourself (at least) with WP:CIVIL), nor revert a perfectly legitimate edit with an explicitly clear edit summary (and call it "vandalism"). I have restored it, with an even clearer edit summary. It's a movie musical, as indicated (correctly) by a link in the article's lead sentence. Music is a comprehensive term. It is not a "movie songical". Songs are just one part of its music.
Please reconsider your self-appointed roll in new changes patrol until you bone up and grasp WP:CIVIL. 2601:196:180:DC0:C988:723A:84EE:AC04 (talk) 21:01, 2 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
User:Ignatius Keeling has been globally locked. Peaceray (talk) 21:18, 2 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
I saw that...but also that they were vigorously appealing that block. And wrote "Anyone thinking of unblocking (this user)...." And provided a link to an example of their completely off-base and nakedly bullying behavior (demonstrating an overfamiliarity with a YOUR (LAST) AND ONLY WARNING! template, total cluelessness of how to act properly at WP, and what is or is not vandalism).
And thus weigh in again that their appeal should be denied. They are not suited for this community. 2601:196:180:DC0:C988:723A:84EE:AC04 (talk) 21:23, 2 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Great Jehovah!, User:ChaseKiwi, all that is positively psychotropic. Thanks for clueing me in.
Just what kind of deviant would do such a thing? Invest so much time and energy just screwing with people, especially new users he can bully and send angrily packing (Shaking their fists (and telling the rest of the world all about) "those idiots at Wikipedia...!").
That's terrorism, through force multiplication. Literally, both: utilizing a number of tactics of terrorism (which seeks to make much, sew much discord, out of the least possible investment relative to the payoff, utilizing randomness, disproportionality, and more); and (as just described) force multiplication. Not just pissing off (and driving away) alienated, persecuted, new Wikipedia users, but then prospering by each one telling others what jerks Wikipedians are, and what a crummy place (full of arrogant, out of control, self-important jobsworths (etc.) it is). All that extra bang for the original buck.
Man, that's insidious.
And I've been had. Thank goodness others in the know (or at least watching close enough to intervene) did.
And thanks again for clueing me in to the gambit. 2601:196:180:DC0:C988:723A:84EE:AC04 (talk) 00:36, 3 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
