Your statements are at odds with wp policy. As I have done repeatedly now, I urge you to read wp:burden. Your assertion that the existence of a citation needed template means that text cannot be removed is - a fabrication. There is zero truth in that assertion. Further, uncited material may be removed. Further, it is your burden - you, as the person restoring it - to supply proper RS refs. You have restored material now repeatedly - without the requisite RS refs. Kindly self-revert. You are violating wp policy, repeatedly, and knowingly. And to top it off, leaving irrelevant warnings. If you are not so inclined, perhaps it would help to bring in admin HJ Mitchell, who has granted you pending reviewer status, so he can explain it better (if that is the problem) and be aware that he has granted that status to an editor who is - after discussion - disinclined to heed wp:burden. Please read WP:BURDEN carefully. If you think the material is verifiable, you are encouraged to provide an inline citation yourself before considering whether to remove or tag it. If you like to quote policy to justify your disruptive behavior, I would be inclined to refer to WP:COMMONSENSE.
