Content Deletion (See Body of Message)

Our company, Elite Advisement Group is not paid, but works with Bawa Jain in order to improve his online presence and post factual information regarding his background. Per his request, we have attempted to edit his Wikipedia page and our additions have been deleted and reverted to the original contribution. Our information is not biased and is simply stating facts. We will go ahead and attempt to update it again today!

Even if you are not being paid to represent his interests, this link makes it obvious that you have a conflict of interest regarding this individual. You have no right of ownership or control over the article's contents, so you cannot remove sourced content simply because you do not agree with it.
The proper thing to do is to leave an {{edit request}} on the article's talk page, with your proposed changes and the sources to back it up. You must provide citations to reliable third-party sources in order that your content can be properly verified. Outside editors will discuss your changes before deciding whether or not to implement them. Disagreements about content should be discussed civilly on the talk page, where a process of discussion and compromise should be used to arrive at consensus. If that fails to resolve the disagreement, further dispute resolution measures are available.
