Welcome to Wikipedia!
I'm Sm8900, one of the other editors here, and I hope you decide to stay and help contribute to this amazing repository of knowledge. Although you're free to perform most tasks on Wikipedia without registering, it's highly recommended you create an account as there are many added benefits. It's private and secure and it's also free, simple, and quick to do.

There are many ways you can contribute to Wikipedia. Here are a few ideas:

To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. If you register an account, you can create your own personal sandbox for use any time. It's perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you could put a link to it on your user page.
Please remember to:
- Always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes
~~~~
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your IP address linked to your contributions page (however, if you create an account, your IP address will be hidden and you will be able to build a custom signature that can link to your own user page), a link to this IP's talk page, and a timestamp. - Leave descriptive edit summaries for your edits. Doing so helps other editors understand what changes you have made and why you made them.
editHi 2A00:23C8:6217:9E01:9580:F:58DD:DAA7! The thread you created at the Wikipedia:Teahouse, It has been two years, but you were never notified so maybe this will still be helpful. And I hope you get this because you are an IPv6. If by chance you get this message, the article AlexandLiane was deleted for not having references. There is the possibility of getting back the text through WP:REFUND, but it's not a guarantee. Even then, you are discouraged from editing the article yourself and you MUST follow the directions at WP:COI and WP:PAID. If the article must be written from scratch, go to WP:AFC or WP:RFA. If you still want to pursue this, the subject of the article, which I am assuming is a company, must be notable. If it is not a company, see WP:NOTABLE. If the topic qualifies for a Wikipedia article, it must have reliable sources that are independent of the company and the article must be written from a neutral point of view. The article cannot say what the subject wants it to say, but it must say what others have written about it that demonstrate Wikipedia's version of notability. No promotion is allowed.— Vchimpanzee • talk • contributions • 23:54, 17 January 2023 (UTC) |
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
