Hello! I found a topic that contained some rule-breaking words. 2toasty (CHAT!)
profanity is not inherently against wikipedia's rules, the word "hell" is not considered profane in any context besides religion, rule 6 advises against "excessive use of profanity or offensive expressions" without defining what "excessive" or "profanity" mean in the context of your talk page, and you failed to notify me of this discussion
on that note, there's no need to make up a set of rules or a discussion forum for a discussion forum, as wikipedia already has detailed rules and discussion forums for all sorts of situations, including perceived incivility, that are handled by experienced people. if you want to use something to report what i do, please use the pre-existing processes, as they're more likely to get results than an administrator happening to find this talk page cogsan(nag me)(stalk me)
not that i know enough about html to recommend ways to fix it (hell, my own signature is a mess which i never figured out how to fix), but i would recommend seeing what you can do to cram it into 255 or less characters so you can better use the reply function, which automatically adds the time for you.
It broke rule 6 and is on my talk page's topics for deletion
