Hello, Your IP Address gives you away :) Why don't you create an actual Wikipedia account? In any event. I am a moderate Libertarian, and former California Democrat, and have studied the John Birch Society in depth. I have determined that Robert Welch, and JBS as a group, simply wanted to restore America to the principals of our founding fathers and the Constitution and our Constitutional Republic. This is in fact the blueprint to restore America to peace and government by and for the people. There was nothing "extreme right", about them whatsoever. Robert Welch became a Constitutional scholar at Harvard, and ultimately a businessman, but lost everything due to the communist influences on Wall Street and in NYC. He and the JBS were in fact, the most moderate normal patriotic Americans in existence; and for those who educate themselves, the extreme right fascists/NeoCons, are only one degree removed from the authoritarian communist liberals on the extreme left. Welch felt personally threatened by the increasing communist element in the U.S. an element, which is unfortunately subverting every aspect of our nation today. I prefer to use the term corporate fascism, but understand just who they are and exactly what they espouse, and you will see that it isn't conservative at all. It is extreme communist liberalism. Whether right or left is all but meaningless, as corruption is the common theme. Wikipedia is not supposed to be a forum for political opinion, persuasion or prejudice/bias. Those people and links/ references cited to describe their views of the JBS are definitely of extreme leftist origin and background. Therefore I only made an edit more accurate to the truth; to reflect the truth. I will rewrite the article in its entirety to the truth, on the factual merits of the subject if you persist. We can play this game all day long, and my intention is not to be antagonistic; but If you revert my edit again, I will escalate the matter, and make sure you cannot (in the public interest) distort the truth/facts again. Your account, and ability to edit could be blocked for vandalism. Are we clear? Thank you for being reasonable. -John Jcheckler (talk) 14:06, 30 January 2016 (UTC)
