With regards to the Kimberley-Clark updates being removed, original research is unavoidable since it is an instance where there isn't an existing online source of information.
As a student at the former naval college next to Ingress Abbey adjacent to the paper mill in Greenhithe I am able to confirm the veracity of the connection to the company. However many sources of information which predate the proliferation of the internet have not been recorded or archived to provide citations.
'Original Research' is sometimes unavoidable and also citing from theses or academic journals is itself citing original research; the sources sometimes have no prior citation due to original research, pioneering work or discoveries by the paper's authors
