Speedy deletion nomination of Viaduct Video
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Viaduct Video requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Stockport F.C.
editYou have tried repeatedly to enter this complaint of yours about Stockport not allowing their fans to video record their matches. Your words do not match the content of your source, and reflect a bias on your part. Multiple editors have removed this text, so there is clear consensus that it doesn't belong. If you continue to try to add the text, you will likely find your editing privileges suspended or revoked. Let go of the bone, and move on. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 11:45, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
- And, by the way, your argument about video recording the matches is incorrect: buying a ticket to a match grants you license to watch the match; not to record it. The team retains that right because match video is an important income source for them. If you sell match video without paying them for it, you have essentially stolen money from them. They have the right to bar you from that activity, and Wikipedia is not the place for you to get even with them. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 11:49, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
@WikiDan61:) I'm a professional videographer who has paid entry to other clubs and filmed no problem and they actually appreciate it, I use a professional camera yet my videos got removed yet people who film some of the match on there phones they are allowed to keep that footage on Youtube. Its part of my profession to film , edit and make videos, and I spend a lot of my hard earned money in creating a beautifully crafted film, it takes a lot of time and effort and I cannot be dealing with Time Wasters and people who think they know it all when they are not even professionally qualified in my line of work so have no right to judge and make comment about how I go about my business, which I do in a professional manner.3570xela (talk) 11:55, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
- As a professional videographer, you should know that in order to record and sell (or even release on YouTube for free) videos of Stockport's matches, you need their permission. Stockport rightfully claim copyright to all images of their matches, as do all professional sports teams. The fact that other teams allow you to do this doesn't mean that Stockport is wrong for not allowing you to do it. And in any case, if you have a gripe with Stockport, take it up with them in the courts, not here.WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:48, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
@WikiDan61:) AS I HAVE SAID YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO JUDGE WHAT I DO AND HOW I OPERATE AS A BUSINESS IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED TO DO THE JOB YOURSELF. To quote a reply I sent to someone commenting on one of my football my videos
- "This is all voluntary. Get a life (first) then get some free software and do your own bland, unimaginative, shite production to only suit yourself. WHAT A COWARDLY CUNT you are. Type me back some big, hard, brave response and let me see your glorious portfolio of voluntary, creative football highlight videos. You sad little fucker ;-)"
I provide the best football highlights videos for local non-league football and all the clubs appreciate my time and effort that I have given up FOR FREE. Except Stockport County who think they have the right to public embarrass a local company. I have some big companies who I have filmed and I'm sure after they found out about they way I was treated by the club they would pull out of or no even bother to help the club in any way , whether that be sponsorship or by going to the games.
I don't have a vendetta again the club but they publicly embarrassed me so I'm going to do the same to them. They deserve all they get.
- "They publicly embarrassed me so I'm going to do the same to them." That's pretty much the definition of a vendetta. Take it elsewhere, it has no place on Wikipedia. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:35, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
@WikiDan61:) YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE CLUB HAVE ACTUALLY DONE - SENDING THERE FANS TO SEND ME HATE MAIL THROUGH MY COMPANY EMAIL AND EMBARRASSING ME OVER SOCIAL MEDIA EVER AFTER I APOLOGISED TO THEM - STOCKPORT FANS DON'T KNOW THEY'RE BORN! I APOLOGISED AND THE CASE WAS CLOSED YET THEY STILL SEND THERE FANS TO SEND ME HATE AND PUBLICLY EMBARRASS ME - THERE IS NO NEED BUT BECAUSE STOCKPORT COUNTY FANS ARE SO FAR UP THEIR OWN ARSE ITS UNTRUE AND DON'T LET GRUDGES GO. THERE WAS NO GRUDGE ON MY SIDE BUT BECAUSE OF THE CLUB PERSISTENCE I'M TAKING IT BACK UP WITH THEM AND GOING TO PUBLICLY EMBARRASS EVERYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLUB AND LET THEIR FANS KNOW THE STOCKPORT COUNTY BOARDS TRUE COLOURS.3570xela (talk) 13:50, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
@WikiDan61:)Check out my businesses visitor posts, This is what I have against them, They have publicly embarrassed me and it has affected my business. When you pay your hard earn money at a football match you have the rights to film the game if you want to - I make no money off the football videos that I make, infact I make a loss but do it to give clubs at low levels exposure, Also no other club makes a big deal out of it and actually apprieciate my time and effort, Stockport's board, namely Steve Bellis (and Phil Brennan before him, 3 years ago) told me there wouldn't be any problems with me turning up and filming the game, Only for them to both publicly embarrass me after effectively telling me to "DO ONE" after my video went public.
I was warned 3 years ago at Stockport but I have seen numerous videos online of match footage yet none of those videos got removed yet the club have gone out to publicly embarrass me yet leave all the other match videos (made by people who have filmed on there phones, yet I filmed with my professional camera) live and public. It's totally not fair and they deserved everything they get!
There so called fans also live of the fact they kept beating Manchester City in the 90's - get over it , it was 20 years ago and stop living under a rock. Well done you had your moment of glory look where you are now Part time in the Conference North (6th Division) and We are Premier League and Champions League Semi Finalists this season. We even have given Stockport Friendlies at there home ground which we have never had to go because of where the two teams are. City have been too nice to Stockport yet all the Stockport fans do is shove it back in our faces.
- I warned you previously that Wikipedia is not a place to push a personal agenda and you have received plenty of other warnings about you behaviour. You have chosen to ignore all these. Your purpose here is clearly not to contribute constructively and therefore you have been blocked. If you continue to use your talk page to post the same material then your talk page access will be removed.Sarahj2107 (talk) 14:08, 10 May 2016 (UTC)
