Request reason:

I am new to Wikipedia, and I have read all the rules and regs. of Wikipedia, and I do not see any reason why my account should be blocked from Wikipedia. I have made almost forty edits, and I have created an article in just 13 days. I have edited accurately and correctly without any signs of attacks, biasedness, or anything else that I know of. I love Wikipedia and I do not want to leave it if I don't have to. If there is something you guys want me to change or do, I will gladly do it.

Request reason:

I have an older brother named Caleb David Smith who owns the user account Caleb David Smith. We use the same IP address, because of our coverage plan, and I can tell you honestly I have never used his account for any thing or reason.

Decline reason:

Sorry, we won't be able to unblock your account. We aren't able to distinguish your edits from his with our technical evidence. Also, "my brother did it" is an explanation that we hear quite often and it doesn't hold any weight. If you do wish to contribute to Wikipedia, a demonstration of good faith would be appreciated in your next unblock request.
