Birth place of James Loeb

Hi, first of all welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I have a question about the reference you added to the James Loeb page, are you sure it is the same James Loeb?, because the reference says he didn't arrive on Elis Island until 1912 but the information already in the article states he was working for his father in a bank in New York 1888 and made partner in 1894, so something doesn't add up. Can you find any other sources that state he was born in Germany or can you prove the person in your link is the same person as in the article. Thanks Sarahj2107 (talk) 15:30, 19 July 2012 (UTC)
