@Mz7: It seems the user is an experienced editor[1]. Despite shown several sources s/he never bothered to discuss and marked several edits as "minor edits" when these were not. I think a sockpuppet check may reveal more. Regards, 45.123.13.164 (talk) 17:51, 15 April 2017 (UTC)

There is the one edit here which implies the user may be in control of the account Akshay23sep (talk · contribs) as well. The trout might be coming from the userbox on my user page that invites {{trout}} slapping. In the meantime, they appear to have left an explanation on my talk page, which I will respond to now.
