  Hello, I'm Me Da Wikipedian. I noticed that you made a change to an article, D23 (Disney), but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Me Da Wikipedian (talk) 20:40, 16 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

  Hi 45.73.66.38! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of D23 (Disney) several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree at Talk:D23 (Disney), please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. If you look at the edit summaries and your talk page, you will see that your proposed edit is unsourced and violates WP:CRYSTAL. Please stop putting this unreferenced edit about a future event in the article.. Bahooka (talk) 23:10, 2 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

  You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on D23 (Disney). This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Bahooka (talk) 02:39, 3 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Please discuss your edit on the article talk page

I have created a topic on the D23 article talk page at Talk:D23 (Disney)#Future D23 event for you to discuss your ongoing unsourced edit about a future event in violation of Wikipedia policy. Please discuss your edit there to get a consensus. As noted in the numerous warnings above, if you fail to do so you may be blocked from editing. Bahooka (talk) 00:06, 4 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
