Suggest you do your homework on how House Speaker is chosen (which is by the full House in January 2019) & on how House Majority Leader & House Minority Leader are chosen (which is by strictly House party membership & not the full House). Democrats have already chosen who their House leader will be (Steny Hoyer) & Republicans have already chosen who their House leader will be (Kevin McCarthy).
