Seeking an unblock
editYou seek an unblock as explained in Wikipedia:Appealing a block. You need to have your main account (whichever one that might be) unblocked. Once your account has been unblocked, you can then try and resolve whatever content dispute you're having with this other editor. Creating new accounts or using IP address to continue try argue your position while your main account is still blocked is going to be seen as WP:EVADE and WP:SOCK, which will only lead to these other accounts being indefinitely blocked and your main account becoming that much harder to get unblocked. Moreover, posting on various noticeboards and user talk pages about the content dispute you're having is going to be seen as WP:FORUMSHOP. This will not make others want to help and will only be seen as further disruption. -- Marchjuly (talk) 02:00, 20 November 2018 (UTC)
- If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
