Request reason:

Caught by a colocation web host block but this host or IP is not a web host. My IP address is 71.85.97.222. My VPN is not connected at the moment. I tried disconnecting from my wifi and reconnecting as well as restarting my web browser to see if that helped, but wikipedia still seems to think I am connected through a VPN. 71.85.97.222 (talk) 04:14, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

You are correct that this IP is not blocked, so I can't unblock you, either. As for what I can help you with ... we've found that it sometimes takes a day or so after you turn off a VPN for this to clear. I guess adjustments have to be made downstream. If you still can't edit here, post another request with whatever message you get when you try to edit pasted in. — Daniel Case (talk) 06:32, 29 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
