@Ymblanter: well I certainly hope you also block Flightime for the same reason since they did the exact same thing. 73.99.94.146 (talk) 13:33, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

With the only little difference that it was their user talk page.--Ymblanter (talk) 13:35, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
@Ymblanter: Actually I told them to stop here and they refused so I just reverted the comment there since they showed me it was ok. He also decided to get into a revert war on Kudpungs page even thought the comment I left there wasn't a personal attack and even if it was Kudpung as an admin is more than capable of removing it themselves. All Flightime did was needlessley escalate the situation. But that's ok right since they are an account editor and I am just an IP that Kudpung recently accused of being a banned editor because he wanted a reason to discredit comments I made. Someone needs to have a talk with that Flightime knucklehead. He is just causing drama. He will make a great admin apparently. 73.99.94.146 (talk) 13:38, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
PS, this is exactly why people do not want to be admins these days or endure the RFA process. The current admins don't bother to look into the situation and act fairly. They just block whichever on they want to favor that day that best aligns to their own POV. 73.99.94.146 (talk)
They are perfectly entitled to do at their page whatever they want. And I am sure you know that. I guess you also know how to request an unblock.--Ymblanter (talk) 13:50, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Ymblanter, Kudpung, and Ritchie333: Oh sure I could request an unblock but it's not really a big deal to me. I mean here you have an IP editor that is falsely accused of being a banned editor by an admin because he disagrees with the comment, then another editor gets into an edit war and the IP gets blocked for it with nothing being done about the editor that escalated it and now you have Kudpung extend the block to 7 days while involved. This sure is a lovely little place you have here. So welcoming of new users and so willing to hear and collaborate on new thoughts and ideas to improve Wikipedia. Besides, my ISP changes my IP every couple hours as a security measure anyway so tomorrow it will be in a different range anyway. 73.99.92.149 (talk) 14:26, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Last time I blocked FlightTime (in his previous guise as Mlpearc), I got the fire of Hades rained down on my head - I'm not having that happen again. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 14:30, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
You got "rained on" because it was a bad block. - FlightTime (open channel) 21:09, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
In your opinion perhaps, and in the opinion of editors who prefer to hang out ANI instead of writing articles. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 22:24, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
I could block them no problem, I just do not see any violations. Reverting additions to their talk page is not a violation.--Ymblanter (talk) 14:36, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
Well that makes sense. I am familiar with Mlpearc but didn't realize they changed their name. I really don't edit often anymore, maybe once or twice a month if I happen to notice something while reading an article so I don't keep up with things like that. If you didn't notice anything wrong with this scenario then there really isn't much I can do to change your mind and even if I could I know that no one is going to stand up for an IP that has already been accused, right or wrong, of being a WMF banned editor. Which makes it a pretty good reason why they continue to edit through all sorts of accounts and IP's. The more they do, the more collateral damage is done by callous admins that really don't care. 73.99.93.105 (talk) 15:01, 9 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
