editHello, I'm SSSB. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Carlos Sainz Jr. and Lando Norris have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Teahouse. Thanks. SSSB (talk) 07:56, 1 October 2021 (UTC)
Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on Telephone numbers in the United Kingdom. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Taking Out The Trash (talk) 14:35, 2 October 2021 (UTC)
Hello
editWhat you are doing, while not vandalism, is putting your opinion (ie original research) above all else, which is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia (see our five pillars). While, for example, where you are, "Indian" might most commonly refer to Native Americans, this is an encyclopaedia with a global scope and to most Europeans and indeed the people of the Indian subcontinent (many of whom speak English and thus use the English-language Wikipedia), the term refers to the people of India. If you feel something is incorrect and changing it is likely to be controversial, or your edits are reverted, the correct course of action is to discuss the matter on the talk page, possibly in the form of a request for comment. If you continue as you have been, it will be considered disruptive editing and your IP address will be blocked. Thank you for understanding. . -- LuK3 (Talk) 14:37, 2 October 2021 (UTC)- If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.
- This block relates to both your disruptive editing outlined by HJ Mitchell above along with your personal attacks in this edit summary. -- LuK3 (Talk) 14:40, 2 October 2021 (UTC)
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
