Important Notice
editThis is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date.
You have shown interest in Armenia, Azerbaijan, or related conflicts. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.
For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor.

Why did you comment about my disputes with user Creffel on my talk page? BaxçeyêReş (talk) 07:24, 26 April 2021 (UTC)
Please stop making small changes on pages I edited for no particular reason. Thank you. BaxçeyêReş (talk) 17:05, 26 April 2021 (UTC)
Hovanissian
editHello. Can you please provide the exact quote from Hovanissian where he says that Qazax was contested between Soviet Armenia and Soviet Azerbaijan as well as a quote from "Հայ-թուրքական ընդհարումները Կովկասում", which a 1907 source and which, according to you, refers to an 1905 event as a "prelude to the Armenian Genocide"? Thank you in advance. Parishan (talk) 20:33, 26 April 2021 (UTC)

. Beeblebrox (talk) 00:18, 28 April 2021 (UTC)- If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
