August 2024

edit

Stop your disruptive editing on Talk:Sheila Jackson Lee or you may be blocked from editing, the year is not wrong. The year 2013 is correct, the photograph is not the same as the photograph from 2008. The color of the background of the two photographs are different and one has the United States flag and the other does not. Catfurball (talk) 17:30, 6 August 2024 (UTC) And currently there is a vote going on to keep the photograph or to change to a different photograph. Catfurball (talk) 17:33, 6 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

The official picture's date is wrong. This picture is not from 2013 but from 2008/2009 as here is the full sized version: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sheila_Jackson-Lee.jpg and as you can see it is exactly the same as the one on her article: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Sheila_Jackson_Lee_113th_Congress.jpg, however someone has cropped it, edited the background to remove the flag and changed the colour.
