editPlease do not add or change content, as you did at Congress of Paris (1856), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Chris Troutman (talk) 18:08, 11 March 2019 (UTC)

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Crimean War. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Chris Troutman (talk) 18:09, 11 March 2019 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Crimean War. JACKINTHEBOX • TALK 04:59, 12 March 2019 (UTC)

page numbers!!
editWe need page numbers for your citations of Yevgeny Tarle's Crimean War which is a two-volume book. That way, we can verify what you claim. Chris Troutman (talk) 12:59, 29 March 2019 (UTC)

editPlease do not add commentary, your own point of view, or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Crimean War. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Chris Troutman (talk) 13:35, 5 April 2019 (UTC)

brass tacks and hard facts
editLook, dude, we ought not keep doing this. I'm sorry that your life is like it is; I'm sure it's hard. You think that somehow this is contributing but you keep posting POINTy things and I have real doubts about your sources. I bet if I started checking them I'd find you were making some of this up. If you really want to contribute, you need to discuss first. Chris Troutman (talk) 13:37, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
- I have to second Chris troutman's concerns here concerning your more recent edits at Lend-Lease. Please do state where you took the information from that you added to the article. Also, other Wikipedia articles are not a suitable reference (see WP:UGC).

editHello, I'm Nigos. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Napoleon III, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, discussion pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:Napoleon III, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Nigos (t@lk • Contribs) 09:01, 18 July 2019 (UTC)

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
