Copy & paste moves of page content
editIf there is a good reason to move the content of a page to a different title, it should be done by moving the page. Copying the content of a page, pasting it into another page, and then deleting the original page, is not an acceptable way of moving an article to a new title, because doing so loses the editing history, which must be kept to comply with Wikipedia's copyright licensing terms.
