Well, just based on this ip's contribution history, you appeared from nowhere and are at Wikipedia only to randomly attack a specific editor, so the block is certainly appropriate. Oh, now I see- you were blocked when you were making lots of small, randomly disruptive edits for no obvious reason, and now you're blocked again for making vague hostile comments for no obvious reason.
