You can say instead. The project has had many delays, but once complete, it is estimated that it will end the over-reliance on fossil fuels, which produces dangerous emissions. Now, I have no idea to what extent that's true, but the point is that you need to better proofread your writing before submitting it to the article mainspace. El_C 04:24, 16 June 2019 (UTC)
