Handball Articles

edit

Hello 99puntos, just wanted to say how well you had been doing with your handball articles. You've evidently not been around too long but you're doing pretty well. Just thought I'd tell you that you might want to cite some sources in order to give a better impression of your articles. Click here to learn how to do this if you don't know how.

Again, well done! JZCL 17:14, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

PS. I just had a look at all of the articles you had created; there are hundreds! Keep up the amazing work. And you really should have got a welcome message before now; you've been here since the beginning of January. Anyway, see ya. JZCL 17:20, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi. When you recently edited Liga de Fútbol Indoor, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Juan Sánchez (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

About the old Liga Nacional

edit

Hi, I'm not sure about the naming of "Liga Española de Baloncesto" to the pre-ACB seasons. In the ACB official guide and in some pages of old editiions of Mundo Deportivo (e.g.), appear the name of "Liga Nacional". Anyway, it's not a very important thing. Un saludo. Orphaned non-free media (File:RK Cimos Koper.png)

edit

Thanks for uploading File:RK Cimos Koper.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:05, 28 December 2012 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of Template:UEFA Futsal Euro 2012

edit

A tag has been placed on Template:UEFA Futsal Euro 2012 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section T3 of the criteria for speedy deletion because it is an unused duplicate of another template, or a hard-coded instance of another template. After seven days, if it is still unused and the speedy deletion tag has not been removed, the template will be deleted.

If the template is not actually the same as the other template noted, please feel free to remove the speedy deletion tag and please consider putting a note on the template's page explaining how this one is different so as to avoid any future mistakes (<noinclude>{{substituted}}</noinclude>).

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page's talk page, where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Parutakupiu (talk) 22:43, 8 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
