Hi AJ, I note your reversion at the above article. Things are getting close to edit warring there. A couple of points: the source is not a good one according to WP:RS (it's a blog with a political agenda). It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. CEO Page February 2019

Thanks for your review AJ2265 One more question then. The following page has over 20 references, literature listed, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/W._Edwards_Deming, how is this possible then if not a single reference was allowed to be added to Chief executive officer.
