This is a great new article. I removed some of the information, however, that was not about Wood. It would better fit, for instance, in the Kiss Me, Kate article. Since our articles contain hotlinks, we do not need to repeat so much information. Also, articles need in-line citations. Any information from the book you cite simply needs in-line citations to the page numbers, like this: <ref>Bloom and Vlastnik, p. 170</ref> See WP:CITE for more information about in-line cites. Feel free to ask me if you need help. See if you can add more sources - a good article will rely on multiple sources. All the best! -- Ssilvers (talk) 01:30, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
Number of performances
editIn articles about shows, we note (or we should) how many performances and previews the show ran. In the articles about actors, directors, etc., we do not usually not that information unless it is of unusual importance to the person's career. More typically, you could say something like: "Michael Crawford created the role of the Phantom in the long-running musical Phantom of the Opera." Best regards, -- Ssilvers (talk) 01:30, 17 December 2009 (UTC)
Elisabeth/Elizabeth Welch
editMany thanks for your correction of my misspelling in the Cole Porter article. At least I didn't spell her surname "Welsh". Reading one's own proofs is hopeless, and a sharp pair of new eyes like yours is invaluable! Tim riley (talk) 19:53, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
- Later: Ssilvers has pointed out that you mustn't alter the title of images or the link will go phut. A very good point. However, what the reader sees is very much to the point. Regards. Tim riley (talk) 20:14, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
Do not change quotations

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Disambiguation link notification for July 27
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Lee Wilkof, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Matlock (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
