It's great to see interest in improving the coverage of female scientists on Wikipedia! Please see the guideline on external links in articles. In general, we don't insert links to external websites in the middle of article text, but instead only use it as references or in an external links section. If you could go through and change the few external links you have in the Career section to one of those things, that would be super. Happy editing!
