edit Hello, Aabbady00, welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. Your editing pattern indicates that you may be using multiple accounts or coordinating editing with people outside Wikipedia, such as Amirabbady00 (talk · contribs). Our policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow this, and users who use multiple accounts may be blocked from editing. If you operate multiple accounts directly or with the help of another person, please disclose these connections.
User:Aabbady00 started editing on April 14, 2017. User:Amirabbady00 began editing on March 21, 2017. They have each continued to edit intermittently, so not a case of losing the log-in information. Both edit Daneek Miller, Leroy Comrie, Ruben Wills, Alicia Hyndman, and other New York City (specifically Queens) politicians articles. Please use only one account going forward, and disclose your use of a prior account, or else an sockpuppet investigation (SPI) might be opened which could result in both accounts being blocked. It seems like it might good faith for now. JesseRafe (talk) 17:11, 19 December 2017 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
editHello, Aabbady00. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about in the article Daneek Miller, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. Editing for the purpose of advertising or promotion is not permitted. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your COI when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. You may have a conflict of interest in terms of your editing, given the information on your publicly available profiles on LinkedIn and Twitter. This is not a problem in and of itself, but any potential conflict should be disclosed. Links for further info above. JesseRafe (talk) 17:20, 19 December 2017 (UTC)
