Which section are you in?

edit

Hi, Aslaa, I see that you added your name to both sections' student lists: Section 81 and Section 83. Which section are you in? Could you remove your name from the list that doesn't apply? Thanks. Klortho (talk) 17:15, 22 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi Chris

I followed a link in blackboard and added myself to the wrong section. My correct section is 83. I have removed myself from section 81. Sorry for the confusion. Aahmed25 (talk) 17:19, 22 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

No problem. I'm not in your blackboard environment, so do you think you could mention this to Dr. Ogg? The links should be different for each section. Ideally, one section shouldn't even know about the other section. You're not the first one to get confused, and if you could point out the incorrect link to her, that would be a help.
One more thing, when replying to me, as you just did, on your talk page, you shouldn't start a new section. Instead, you should put your comment right after mine, and precede it with a ":" to make it indented -- just like this comment is. You start a new section when you want to create a new "thread" -- a completely independent discussion of some new topic. Klortho (talk) 17:24, 22 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

I had the same problem of signing up under section 81. Glad that we got it fixed! Sytae (talk) 00:51, 26 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Article Selection

edit

Hi Aslaa, I am looking forward to working with you on our Wikipedia article this semester. I posted some ideas for articles on the group 83A talk page. I was hoping to decide on an appropriate article by tomorrow evening so that we would have time on Monday and Tuesday to justify our selection. I will go by AH (for Amy Hall) as I think our other group member is Amy Benson. Thanks, AH Aehall47 (talk) 20:49, 13 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
