The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:AbbyS8. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=AbbyS8|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. Perfect! While not the reason the draft was declined, I suspected it based on the sources and how it was written. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a place to write a profiles or similar which is what this seems. High-quality sources are needed that have written in-depth about him (not what quoting what he says, etc.) and the article should simply summarize what those sources independently state about him.
