I've tweaked a bit. Some comments.

• Your main text is completely unreferenced, you need to add independent verifiable sources to support what you have said
• You should add hard facts such as the number of employees, turnover or profits to the main text, and also where it's headquarters are
• I've added a couple of wikilinks to other articles, but you need more.

Non-notable organization. The only source cited is a self-published blog. Searches of the usual Google types, HighBeam, JSTOR, and various Bangladeshi newspapers found no independent reliable sources. Does not meet WP:GNG or WP:ORG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
