Speedy deletion nomination of Prakash Abhijeet

A tag has been placed on Prakash Abhijeet, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. A request has been filed for the title of Abhijeet Prakash requesting that it be added to the title blacklist. This has been done because the article appears to be a recreation, under a different title, of an article which is itself currently protected against recreation.
