Speedy deletion nomination of Seo tips and rules

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Seo tips and rules for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion.
