editCiao! Grazie e buon divertimento.
John Carta
editHello Abyssadventurer, the John Carta page/article was deleted following a vote by Wikipedia editors at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/John Carta citing lake of notability per WP:MUSIC and WP:BIO guidelines although it doesn't really look to be the John Carta you are talking about on my talk page when I've checked the deleted article content. In this case, looking at Wikipedia:Deletion policy, considering you can to create a better article then the previous and especially it is for a different subject then a musician, you can go ahead and create the article with having a Wikipedia:Deletion review. --JForget 02:29, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of CISU
editA tag has been placed on CISU requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for organizations and companies. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. DJBullfish 07:58, 18 November 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Handicap Scuba Association

- Surely after nearly four years of contributing, you would have noticed the importance we place on links to significant coverage in reliable, independent secondary sources. Your article had none so do not be surprised that I deleted it. Expand the article, provide the links, propose a title of Handicapped Scuba Association and submit via AfC and you may have better luck. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:59, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- Hi, thanks for your message. I remain really surprised becouse I was working on the article and arrived the warning and after the deletion, I was just espanding with reference and photos etc.. So I ask why this yes International Association for Handicapped Divers and Handicap Scuba Association no!? Have a look to the List of diver training organizations. About your suggestion there is no sense, Handiccaped scuba Association is the same organization but only in Italy, they was mistaking the name. This is really a racist and social discrimination and I will write an article to the news and media! Ciao--Abyssadventurer (talk) 12:11, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- Are you Italian? I can almost hear it in your writing. Slow down and write more carefully. Cut the crap about racism. OK the page title of http://www.hsascuba.com/ certainly has "handicap" but in their mission statement it is "handicapped" so I would need good evidence before I decide which is the preferred title. Working on an article in (article) space is something else you should have learned in four years - develop in special:myPage/sandbox until it is viable. I repeat my advice given above. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 12:28, 15 January 2011 (UTC)
- Sorry for my "Italian english". Ok thanks I understand your position but I still remain surprised. It was possible for every body to help to expand and eventual move the article to proper definition from english speaking persons-Abyssadventurer (talk) 13:23, 15 January 2011 (UTC)

editPlease don't remove valid wikilinks
editYou removed a number of perfectly valid and legitimate wikilinks from Universal design. Those links lead to articles that are exactly about the linked thing (Such as the Americans with Disabilities Act). Even redlinks have a perfectly legitimate role in articles as they prompt the creation of new articles. Roger (talk) 14:19, 23 May 2011 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for January 9
editHi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Compressed air energy storage, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Compression (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Michelle-Marie Heinemann moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Michelle-Marie Heinemann, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Links to draft articles
editPlease do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to Silvio Scaglia. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. These links have been removed. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 11:29, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
