Your message to me about the June 19 holiday

edit

In the future, kindly wait until something actually happens to edit articles. Don't rely on news reports saying the President "will" do something. What if, for example, a terrorist attack hit DC when he was getting ready to sign the bill? Do you really think he'd have signed it? It wouldn't be a holiday then. If you paid attention, you'd have noticed that as soon as he sat down and started signing it, I updated the article. 1995hoo (talk) 20:07, 17 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

He did it before I made the edit. I watched the live stream. The news article refrenced has already been updated. Ace2468 (talk) 20:08, 17 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

I was watching CNN. I saw him sit down. As soon as he put pen to paper, that's when I updated the article. Either way, it's over with. If you have tomorrow off, enjoy the holiday. 1995hoo (talk) 20:12, 17 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Republican Party (United States)

edit

Hi there! My name's Tamzin. I'm afraid I had to revert your recent contributions to Republican Party (United States). Statements on Wikipedia that are likely to be challenged require citations to reliable sources. A statement that the Republican Party effecitively controls the Supreme Court is rather controversial. You will need to find reliable sources saying that, if you want the article to say that. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out on my talk page, or by replying here with the template {{ping|Tamzin}}. Thanks. -- Tamzin (she/they) | o toki tawa mi. 18:18, 29 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
