Did you een read the posts after that? I took out all the info about an company that you can get coconut water from an just wantd to add the following:

According to the United Nation's Food & Agriculture Organization. - "Coconut water is the very stuff of Nature, biologically Pure, full of Natural Sugars, Salts, and Vitamins to ward off fatigue... and is the next wave of energy drinks BUT natural!"

Recent studies have shown the considerable health benefits of Coconuts, almost becoming a "super food" Coconut based diets result in lower risk of heart disease.

Once exposed to air, coconut water rapidly loses most of its organoleptic and nutritional characteristic, so to ensure freshness it is best to drink coconut water right from the coconut.

- Coconut Water is More Nutritious than whole milk - Less fat and NO cholesterol!

- Coconut Water is More Healthy than Orange Juice - Much lower calories

- Coconut Water is Better than processed baby milk- It contains lauric acid, which is present in human mother's milk

- Coconut water is naturally sterile - Water permeates though the filtering husk!

- Coconut water is a universal donor - Its identical to human blood plasma

- Coconut Water is a Natural Isotonic Beverage - The same level we have in our blood.

- Coconut water has saved lives in 3rd world countries through Coconut IV.

- Coconut water contains more potassium (at about 294 mg) than most sports drinks (117 mg) and most energy drinks.

- Coconut water has less sodium (25mg) where sports drinks have around 41mg and energy drinks have about 200 mg!

- Coconut water has 5mg of Natural Sugars where sports and energy drinks range from 10-25mg of Altered Sugars.

- Coconut water is very high in Chloride at 118mg, compared to sports drinks at about 39mg.

How is that spam???

Well, you do have a promotional username (see our username policy), so your posts to this related article were considered possible promotion. I won't stop you from putting that back in, but take this into account first: Lists of miscellaneous information should be avoided. See WP:TRIVIA. Thanks, The Ace of Spades(talk) 00:01, 29 October 2009 (UTC)

Questiom: how do I creata a page for my compan just liek Vita Coco Has? (CocoJoesCoconuts (talk) 23:47, 28 October 2009 (UTC))

That's promotion, and not allowed. Vita Coco's article was nearly deleted until their company was proven notable; the content is encyclopedic now and is not meant to promote the company in any way. The Ace of Spades(talk) 00:49, 29 October 2009 (UTC)

LOl thanks and I would LOVE to create a encyclopedic age for my company... lol —Preceding unsigned comment added by CocoJoesCoconuts (talkcontribs) 01:07, 29 October 2009 (UTC)

I added some information and listed myself as a source, all that was true and from the book, there isnt a website or link I can give for that. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.186.77.214 (talk) 03:03, 31 October 2009 (UTC)

Hi there, I have a question.

How do you do that top strip icons thing on the user page? Where do you find the icons, anyway? Also, can I use that template that you use with the online/busy/off? Finally, didn't you used to be G2sai? The Arbiter 02:17, 1 November 2009 (UTC)

Ok, here we go:
  • I pretty much did this for the (custom)topstrip icons:
<div style="position: absolute; z-index: 100; right: 150px;" class="metadata topicon" id="administrator"> <imagemap>
File:FILENAME|25px
default [[LINK TO PAGE]]
desc none
</imagemap></div>
  • Just adjust the position coordinates in the above for exactly where you want it to go.
  • However, you could just use {{rollback}} if you want just that one.
  • The original status template can be found at User:Hersfold/StatusTemplate, though I just adjusted it a bit to include the "at post" feature when I'm doing counter-vandal work. If you want to use that, just use {{User:Ace of Spades/StatusTemplate}}, which reads off your User:The Arbiter/Status subpage for "online", "recently online", "at post", or "offline. While looking for the original template just now though, I did find a better template at Template:UserStatus that I might as well switch to soon, you might want to check that out too.
  • And finally, yes, I used to be G2sai, I just had a random usurpation along the line.

WP:AIV reports

Hi. :) A couple of your AIV reports have been declined in the past few minutes, as the reported edits were new users blanking pages they created - which is, as stated in CSD A7, taken as a request for deletion by a new user unfamiliar with our policies. It'd be less bitey if you slowed down a bit and perhaps turned off HG's auto-report feature. I know it's easy for Huggling to turn into a of whack-a-mole, but we don't want to scare off good-faith users by repeatedly reverting and warning them. Cheers, – Toon 22:59, 6 November 2009 (UTC)

Eh, when I see page blanking I usually revert then retag as G7 (course of habit), but then I'd forget to take off the warning automatically placed on their talk page. Thanks. The Ace of Spades(talk) 23:01, 6 November 2009 (UTC)

Thanks

Thanks for the two reverts of vandalism on my user page. (I must admit, the last one was kind of funny, though!) thanks, --JohnnyB256 (talk) 23:07, 6 November 2009 (UTC)

For coolly and calmly defending the Krasnodar article against that vandal (At least we call it that). :) The Arbiter 03:17, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
Hey, thanks a lot, I appreciate it. The Ace of Spades(talk) 03:18, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

Krasnodar

Alright, I took it to AIV. Should be taken care of soon. The Arbiter 01:19, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for the help. The Ace of Spades(talk) 01:42, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

Any time, any time. The Arbiter 01:46, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

What happened at AIV? It got taken off! I'm pretty sure that the edits to Krasnodar were vandalism. Ivana Fukalot? Seriously? The Arbiter 03:14, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

I know, it's quite obvious, but this person seems to believe this person's notable, so they took it off AIV calling it a "content dispute". The Ace of Spades(talk) 03:15, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

Groan... The Arbiter 03:18, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
