editWelcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add content (particularly if you change facts and figures), as you have to the article Abigail Williams (band), please cite a reliable source for the content you're adding or changing. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. Take a look at Wikipedia:Citing sources for information about how to cite sources and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Re-inclusion of Gallow Hill will result in your being reported for vandalism in accordance with the Wikipedia policies listed on both my edit summaries and this warning. Articles for deletion nomination of Gallow Hill (Abigail Williams EP)
edit
I have nominated Gallow Hill (Abigail Williams EP), an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Gallow Hill (Abigail Williams EP). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Kerαunoςcopia◁galaxies 05:53, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
- Months ago, an article for this same EP was deleted (I was not involved) because, it was argued, it was purportedly a bootleg created by fans, and therefore it did not meet many of the notability requirements to be included in the encyclopedia. I acted hastily and, recalling this "edit war" from last year, I removed your additions and nominated your article for deletion. Later this evening, with some time on my hands and curious about Gallow Hill anyway, I ventured into Google a little deeper and the EP seems legit and band-created. So I am withdrawing my AfD nomination and hope there are no hard feelings! The article as it stands is still, technically, unacceptable, especially because it lacks any sources, but I will be glad to help expand the article. Check out the {{cite}} template page for some ideas on how to include citations and properly format them as well. Again, I apologize and hope you can continue to contribute to Wikipedia! – Kerαunoςcopia◁galaxies 08:54, 3 February 2010 (UTC)

The article Upon This Dawning has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Non-notable musical group. Youtube and their label are the only refs. No evidence of charting. No evidence of awards. No native-language article to steal refs from.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Stuartyeates (talk) 08:49, 9 September 2012 (UTC)

- Fails every aspect of WP:BAND. They haven't even released their first album yet. So, throw a little WP:CRYSTAL on top.

Orphaned non-free media (File:To keep us safe album art 2012.jpg)
editThanks for uploading File:To keep us safe album art 2012.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Hazard-Bot (talk) 04:18, 1 November 2012 (UTC)

Draft:Allegaeon concern
editHi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:Allegaeon, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.
If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.
You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.
If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.
Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 01:30, 21 April 2015 (UTC)
Your draft article, Draft:Allegaeon
editHello, Achitchcock. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Allegaeon".
The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply {{db-afc}}
or {{db-g13}}
code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by one of two methods (don't do both): 1) follow the instructions at WP:REFUND/G13, or 2) copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Draft:Allegaeon}}
, paste it in the edit box at this link, and click "Save page". An administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.
Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. HasteurBot (talk) 02:00, 22 May 2015 (UTC)
