Pages written about certain locations in Zimbabwe have not had any additions or subtraction since I submitted them. The editor has left some comments such as "Additional citations" or other. Where are these citations supposed to come from? Zimbabwe is only 30 years old and some placed have no documented history. An attempt to write anything involves tracing oral history from the local elders. The articles on Gwengerere Growth Point, Chatsworth, Zimuto siding, etc are summaries of years of working in the area.

You have written interesting summaries, but the problem is that Wikipedia requires verified sources not your own research WP:OR. Wikipedia does not publish research, but articles on notable things people have already researched. Places like Chatsworth and Gwengerere have had mentions in the Herald or Kwayedza over the years, which you can refer it. What we cannot do is publish our own knowldge on Wikipedia if it has not been published in a reliable source WP:RS first. Babakathy (talk) 07:57, 8 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of H.E.L.P. Zimbabwe

edit

The article H.E.L.P. Zimbabwe has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

unsourced, promotional, fails WP:GNG

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
