MatthewVanitas (talk) 17:57, 25 October 2012 (UTC)- Hej, great first start! The topic was a very well-chosen one, so instead of going back-and-forth prodding you to fix it, I did a full cleanup and got it published for you. You had some formatting issues I cleaned up, so take a look at the changes I've made so you know what to do in the future. A few quick comments:
- What is the term for this kind of poetry in Estonian? You can add it to the article with the following code right after the name is introduced:
({{lang-et|Estonian term here}})
.
- You can't really link to other-language wikis in the article body, so I added a "Poets" section where I link to the Estonian Wiki; check out how I did the coding for that.
- The main thing you were lacking was WP:Sourcing. We needed not just books of Estonian haiku, but books about it. That is, someone authoritative saying "there is such a thing as Estonian haiku and here is what it is." I added one source just to get you started, but ideally each statement in the article should have a footnote to a book or news/academic article (in any language) verifying the claim is true.

Why did you remove the "1960s" date from Estonian haiku?
