What do you think Timothytyy why messed up with me?

Hi! I dont understand, Timothytyy why messed up with me. I do same, the ITF Womens Circiut tennis tournaments articles, than you as yours. And he moved my articles to the draft space. What I'm doing wrong? Can you help me? Sczipo (talk) 12:45, 25 January 2024 (UTC)

I'm sure Admatt9 is experienced enough to answer you that your articles are lacking sufficient coverage. You still pretend that GNG doesn't exist at all, and you create your own notability guidelines. Timothytyy (talk) 12:56, 25 January 2024 (UTC)

Regarding the nomination of Marat Sharipov article for deletion

He is the winner of thirteen ITF tournaments, five in singles! And he is among the top-10 Russian men's singles tennis players! I don't know English very well, and I just started editing this article, so I'm asking you not to delete it, but to help write this article. Zboris (talk) 23:37, 22 March 2024 (UTC)

You are going to need to find independent news sources that mention this player in depth, or he doesn't meet the notability requirements for an article. It doesn't matter if he won ITF titles. There are many tennis players who win ITF titles who never reach the upper levels and don't deserve Wiki articles. Adamtt9 (talk) 00:05, 23 March 2024 (UTC)
You have created an article about the tennis player Bogdan Bobrov, – and what is he more famous for than Marat Sharipov? --Zboris (talk) 19:39, 25 March 2024 (UTC)

Arthur Gea

Hi, I just wanted to explain why I added the accent to Gea (or Géa)'s last name on the French Open qualifying draw. My primary source is the French Tennis Federation itself: https://www.fft.fr/actualites/arthur-gea-levolution-sest-faite-naturellement. I understand your argument that most sources (which tend to cater to the Anglophone sphere) don't contain the accent, but the pronunciation in French would make no sense without the accent: the sequence of vowels "ea" is not normal in French. Feel free to overrule me (I expect you to, and I'll let it go at that point, because I don't like editing wars). I just wanted to make the case. Yimingbao (talk) 12:20, 20 May 2024 (UTC)

DYK for Kim Ye-ji (sport shooter)

On 4 August 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Kim Ye-ji (sport shooter), which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Kim Ye-ji's performance in the 10 meter air pistol at the 2024 Summer Olympics led her to be dubbed the "coolest person on the planet"? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Kim Ye-ji (sport shooter). You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Kim Ye-ji (sport shooter)), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.
