- Anyways, after some searching it seems that this is an alt account of User:Billy Beagle who got banned for sock puppetry on September 29 (IDK what was the sock puppet account at the time), and here shows Aequilaterum saying that he/she is Billy Beagle. Now, I am not sure what User:Billy Beagle did with his/her sock puppet accounts, but this account didn't look so bad, but it is technically ban evasion which isn't allowed.
