It is almost never suitable to copy content from another web site to Wikipedia, for more than one reason, the most important being copyright. When you post anything to Wikipedia you release it for anyone in the world to reuse it, either unchanged or modified in any way whatever, subject to attribution to Wikipedia. It is very rare that the owner of a web site licenses content for such very free reuse, and in those few occasions when they do so, we require proof of the fact. We don't assume that content is freely licensed on the unsubstantiated say so of just anyone who comes along and creates a Wikipedia account. I m created an article about Dr.Botlaguduru Srinivas IPS, He contribute a lot for the nation so im planned to create an article about him, I dont know to create an article properly this is my first article please help me to Unblock this account and help me to create and publish article. The biggest concern about your editing has been its promotional nature. Wikipedia seeks to cover subjects from a neutral point of view, and extolling the subject of an article with language such as "a beacon of integrity and dedication", "exemplifies the spirit of perseverance and excellence", "brings a wealth of experience", etc etc is unacceptable. I also see that on a talk page (now deleted) you wrote "We Collected these data's with the person who presence in the article". That appears to mean that you created the article in collaboration with its subject, perhaps on his behalf. If so you should read Wikipedia's guideline on conflict of interest.
