Unfair Block and Suppression of Free Speech

Request reason:
I am a relatively a newcomer to this website and J came here ro to contribute and edit Wikipedia Pages. When I simply said that a fellow user js being blocked for unlimited time and should be unblocked, I was straightly blocked. This is supression and a violation of free speech and if Wikipedia is a safe place for editors then it should change its free speech policy rather than block for an unlimited time policy.
